• The layout no longer fits the home. Additions and remodels create new high points an old system does not cover.
• Widespread corrosion or damage. When most splices, fasteners, and terminals are failing, patching one at a time costs more than starting fresh.
• Undersized or incomplete original work. We regularly find systems with too few rods, missing grounds, or gaps a proper design would never allow.
• Storm damage. A direct strike or fallen tree can take out enough of a system that replacement is the honest answer.

We remove the old components, patch and seal every old mounting point, and install the new system to NFPA 780 standards: air terminals about every 20 feet along the ridge and on every high point, concealed cable runs, fresh bonding, and new ground rods.
